No, we support organizations and associations of all sizes, we do however
normally state that:

  • our minimum order value is $500 and this would normally equate to:
  • an order size of 24 pieces for embroidery,
  • 48 pieces for screen printing and
  • the manufacturer’s minimum order quantity for promotional items.

Why would we work with your company rather than the competition:

Our company is a consumer promotions and marketing agency – we support you
at the front end with analysis, building a creative idea which may or may not
involve a promotional item, sourcing that item for you or customizing an item and
then helping you to run a campaign where you can see the ROI on that item at the
back end.

Creativity, an analytical approach and being a master of detail are the reasons we
are different from the competition.

What artwork do you need?

For screen printing and promotional products we need vector artwork –
an .ai, .cdr or .eps file format are the best formats.

Do you just work with large corporations and organizations?

What is your normal turnaround on projects?

A straight forward project will on average take 2 to 3 weeks.

Where extensive research is needed to build a campaign for a client, the time may
increase and will depend on the depth of work involved.

Can we supply our own products for printing and embroidery?

We do accept a customer’s products, but solely at your own risk. In addition,
we charge a surcharge for working on a client’s items as opposed to buying the
product through London Logos.

Do you work with clients around the US and overseas?

Yes, our base is in the Bay Area in San Francisco, but we work with several clients
out of state and have shipped overseas.
